The Snow Scholars App, developed by Snow Scholars, Inc., allows college students to manage routes, track pay, and communicate with our team. If you no longer wish to use the app, you may request that your account be deleted at any time.

Shoveler Account Deletion Form

You can have your account and information deleted immediately by submitting the following form:

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently erased from our active systems:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Routing and account number (used for direct deposit)

• Equipment details you provided (e.g., shovel, snowblower)

• Service locations while working

• Emergency contact information

• App access credentials and preferences

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information must be retained temporarily or permanently for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes, including:

• Payment and transaction history: kept for up to 90 days for accounting and audit purposes.

• Tax and financial records: retained for up to 7 years as required by federal law.

• Support communications: may be stored for up to 1 year to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

All retained data is securely stored and automatically purged once the retention period expires.
