1. How Routes Work
College students accept routes in the Snow Scholars app (must be updated). Start within 2 hours of dispatch, complete every home fully, and check in with homeowners. You are responsible for finishing your entire route.

2. Snow Scholars Standards
Shovel edge-to-edge, down to the surface. No salt/sand unless requested. Pay may be deducted for incomplete work. Missing or abandoning a route may result in termination.

 

3. Tools, Pay & Requirements
Provide your own shovel/snowblower. Walking or a car may be needed. Pay is per home (higher with more snow), bi-weekly on the 1st/16th via direct deposit or check. Shovelers average $25–$45/hr; snowblowers earn more. Independent contractor status.
